With more than 35 years of construction experience, Cesar Bogadi brings exceptional knowledge and leadership to every project. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning and scheduling to project completion. His expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous government construction projects. Cesar's commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction has earned the confidence of owners, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout his career.
Margaret Pilipiec serves as Controller, overseeing the company's financial management and administrative operations. She is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail and commitment to sound financial practices help ensure the efficient management of company resources and provide the financial stability needed to successfully deliver projects for our public sector clients.
